This skills course covers the fundamental aspects of legal research methodologies. Students are introduced to finding and updating primary sources of law such as cases, statutes and regulations as well as secondary sources, including form books, law periodicals and treatises. Emphasis is put on using material in electronic format. The course is graded on a credit/no credit basis.
