Master of Legal Studies (MLS)

Master of Legal Studies (MLS) in Taxation
For professionals who don’t hold a J.D. but want to pursue a specialized understanding of tax law across a wide range of industries.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law
For international lawyers who seek a fundamental understanding of the U.S. legal system to better conduct business across borders or compete for top jobs in the United States.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation
For lawyers and law school graduates who wish to earn a degree in tax law and apply their expertise to organizations in all major areas of tax, such as estate planning, employee benefits and corporate taxation.
Our online programs feature live classes hosted using the interactive Zoom HD platform with course work designed and led by our distinguished School of Law faculty. With each program able to be completed in as little as one year, students can directly apply the lessons they learn in class and make an immediate impact in their role.
Customizable Curriculum: Students in our MLS program can choose from five concentrations that allow them to specialize in a particular area of law that aligns with their career goals. These concentrations — business law, conflict resolution, employment law, litigation and regulatory compliance — can help students increase their credibility and marketability in their field.
Learn From Expert Faculty: Our faculty consists of nationally and internationally recognized experts with experience that ranges from international law to constitutional and corporate law. In addition, ourMaster ofLegal Studies in Taxation, Master of Laws in U.S. Law and Master of Laws in Taxation programs are taught by the same distinguished faculty who teach on campus.
